Terms of Use
These terms apply to the official Up.computer application, website, and related services.
Effective July 16, 2026
Acceptance and eligibility
By using Up.computer, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and must use the product only in compliance with applicable law and policies that apply to your repositories, accounts, providers, and target systems.
Alpha software
Up.computer is alpha software. Features can change, fail, or be removed, and the product may make mistakes or generate unsafe code. You are responsible for reviewing agent output, backups, permissions, deployments, purchases, messages, and other consequential actions.
Accounts, providers, and automated actions
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity performed through your accounts. Use Browser and Computer Use only on systems and data you are authorized to access. Model, hosting, authentication, repository, and other third-party services have separate terms and may charge their own fees.
Licenses and ownership
Up.computer Core is available under the MIT License. Official installers may also contain proprietary first-party extensions and third-party components under separate licenses. These terms do not grant rights to the Up.computer name, logo, or visual identity. You retain rights to your content; you grant only the permissions needed to process it at your direction.
Prohibited use
Do not use Up.computer to violate law, gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, disrupt services, evade provider restrictions, or infringe the rights of others.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Up.computer is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties. Kirill Gurianov is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, loss of data, lost profits, or third-party service failures arising from use of the product.
Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to[email protected].
