Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Up.computer processes when you use the app and website.

Effective July 16, 2026

Who operates Up.computer

Up.computer is operated by Kirill Gurianov. Privacy and data requests can be sent to[email protected].

Local data and agent providers

Project files, thread history, settings, and credentials are primarily stored on your device. When you ask an agent to work, the content needed for that request is sent to the model or service provider you selected. That provider processes it under its own terms and privacy policy. Remote environments and websites used through Browser or Computer Use can also receive and observe the data you send to them.

Diagnostics and telemetry

The current public Alpha does not configure an endpoint for remote product telemetry. The app can create local diagnostic data, including logs and traces, to operate and troubleshoot the product. That data remains on your device unless you choose to share it. If remote telemetry is enabled in a later release, this policy will be updated before that release is published.

Website and third parties

The website and app can link to or integrate with third-party services such as GitHub, model providers, authentication providers, and telemetry infrastructure. Their handling of data is governed by their own policies. Basic server logs may include IP address, user agent, time, and requested path for security and reliability.

Retention and your choices

Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the relevant data directory. Service data is kept only as reasonably necessary for operation, security, support, and legal obligations. Data held by third-party providers is subject to their retention controls and policies. Send access, correction, or deletion requests concerning Up.computer-operated services to the contact above.

Changes

This policy may change as the alpha product evolves. Material updates will be published on this page with a new effective date.
